We have completed the renovation of Villa Rita, transforming this project into a harmonious renewal of the space, with particular attention to every detail and deep respect for its architectural history. Today, the villa has been given a new lease of life, preserving its unique character while embracing an atmosphere of contemporary, refined elegance.
Tasks performed
- Demolition works: dismantling of old coverings, doors, window and aluminum structures, railings, partitions, thresholds, window sills, roofing, and brick walls.
- Earthworks: site clearing, excavation and soil compaction, foundation preparation, construction of trenches and backfilling.
- Foundation: construction of foundation pads and beams, cyclopean and preparatory concrete, quality control of concrete and reinforcement.
- Structures and reinforcement: slabs (sloped, flat, reinforced), brickwork, reinforcement with metal profiles, and quality/control testing.
- Waterproofing of the foundation slab, floors, roof, showers, window sills, thresholds, planters, and bumpers.
- Masonry and partitions: construction of walls, dry and wet cladding, leveling with mortar, formation of pallets and metal structures.
- Roofing: installation of flat usable roofs (with or without thermal insulation) and pitched tiled roofs with preservation of existing tiles.
- Ceilings: suspended ceilings, plastering, and painting.
- Walls: cladding and large-format panels, wallpapering, plastering, puttying, and painting.
